They turn up in the parts for sale forum fairly frequently. The trick is finding one in top quality shape, and with all the hardware intact.

I'm pretty sure they were available on GSLs (and GSes?) as well. At least, the car I got mine off of was not an -SE.

the glass roof was an option on all sunroof equipped GS. GSL, and GSL-SE models.
