Getting her together slowly.
Today I got my SS front lines in, my Hawk HP pads on, my rear brakes working, replaced dstroyed idler arm so no more play in steering wheel, changed tranny and rear diff fluid, fixed motor mount so no more crooked engine and rattling exhaust. LSD and rear discs next weekend, and carb tuning tuesday night. Hoping my Four point strut bar comes in from CP racing before next weekend. My new radiator should be in too. Getting there slowly.

To me, half the fun of owning a first gen is putting it back in reasonable or even better condition.
Each "tweak" that works is rewarding as hell, and every buck spent doing it is well worth it.

They're fun as hell to work on and fun as hell to drive. I can't wait to get mine out of winter storage.

I think I am getting mine for 50 bucks or maybe a hundred including the GSL rear end to go with my pumpkin so I get discs too. I didn't actually do the bushings, I replaced the whole arm, it was a piece of cake.
