front-end sagging

I just noticed that the front end of my 85 is sagging. It's worse on the drivers-side; the tire is practically up in the wheel well. The passenger side has an inch or two to go before it enters the wheel well. The rear of the car looks like it should. All together, the car looks like it's jacked up in the back because the front end is so low. Could this be anything other than worn out springs?

I have brand new Eibach's all around. It did it before and after the new springs.
