Front bumper sagging HELP! WTF?

When I first bought my car it looked like its been hit because the front bumper was not level with the headlights. I was told by some very experienced people that this is caused by the sun or heat or something and is quite normal. ( I have seen a few cars like this). Adjusting the headlight covers helped a little, but I could not live with it. It was like a gorgeous girl with bad teeth and constantly smiling. Well so I bought the 99 front bumper. It looks great but after a couple of days of sitting the sun it also sagged pretty bad and the body shop had to do something to repair it. This is the original Mazda piece with the reinforcement bar, not the fiberglass replica which I'm sure doesn't sag but doesn't look as nice either. (personal opinion) So I get get the car and after 3 days of driving in the sun (man it is hot here) IT IS STARTING TO SAG AGAIN! HELP! I"M HAVING A NERVOUS BREAKDOWM! ANYBODY WANNA TRADE CARS? WTF? HELP PLEASE!

Yes Mazda never quite got the nack of making platic pieces that don't sag. My front bumper is ok however I only have 28,000 Kms on it. Look at the back spoilers on the 88> MX-6 man do those things sag/melt. It is my opinion you go with a high quality aftermarket front clip ie Apex'i or some such. Or perhaps just buy a car cover.

In addtion to the fiberglass reinforcment bar (the actual "bumper") there should be some styrofoam blocks that support the plastic bumper cover.

always park in the shade or covered parking lots -

My bumper use to do that. It drove me crazy! I never really messed with it though until I put on a new front mount. It took a few tries but it dont sag no more. On my car it was the passenger side that sagged. What ever side sags put that side (nuts) on first, line it up it and crankem tight. Then do the other side. I found if I did driverside first that there was no way in hell to line up the passenger side. Also if I didnt have the nuts tight on the passenger side first, it would start to sag as I tightend up the driver side.

Maybe a bra prevents sag on our cars as well.
