Angry Frickin' Frackin'!!!!

I've only owned my 20 year old STRAIGHT BODY fb for two months, and some woman has to go and hit me! Grrrrrrrrrrr.........

I'm much more calm now, although depressed. We did exchange information, and I also had the right of way (she was truthful with the cops at least). I will give the insurance company a call tomorrow. They will either have to pay for the body work ( ) or cut me a check for 'totaled' (Kelly Blue Book says it's worth $1,300). Although it needs some paint, I would have rather not some woman slam into me for it Yes, I understand it could have been worse, but if she had been the slighest bit careful, it would've been avoidable. Thanks for letting me rant a little...

If KBB is only $1300 on the car, the insurance will DEFINATELY write the car off. Thats easily $2500 in damage. I had a very low speed accident where my drivers side rear quarter was dented in about 2 inches around the taillight. I was quoted $1000 CND to fix it. There wasn't even any structural damage, which I can almost guarantee there is on your car. On your car, I'm guessing the rear half of the inner wheel well will have to be remade, the panels will have to be pulled out, and depending on how bad other things are, there could be even more damage underneith.

Anyway, sorry to hear about your bad luck, and like you said, it could have been worse.

Not terribly sure yet, it was a bit too dark to look at it last night. I'm kinda worried about the filler neck though
