Headrest positioning!?

How do you move the frickin headrest!?!??!!? I figured out how before, but i forgot. Now its stuck wayyyyy to frickin high, very uncomfortable and looks dorky.

Surely someone has moved the headrest before....

Come on guys! I'm desperate!

Its an 85 GSL-SE!!! My head is unrested while in the car! Help it get some rest! Consider the head!!!

On the base of the headrest bars, there is either a:

1) button to push in as you push the heafrest down, or

2) a small hole to put a paperclip tip through, to do the same.
