Flywheel ring gear question

I have a lightweight aluminum flywheel in my garage that I was told was front a eary 12a engine. It has a 225mm replaceable friction disk that was used with a 215mm clutch and has 125 teeth on the ring gear. My question is which years and/or models, if any, had the larger 125 teeth ring gear like the TII instead of the 116 teeth one like the NA cars?
