My tape deck just sits there and trys to autoreverse. So, if I put a tape in, I get no music, just clicking.

Is there an easy way to fix this? If I can get this fixed, I will have a nice writeup on how to put a Line in for your mp3 player to the stock radio.

I'm not sure about how to fix it but I haven't looked into it, my does the exact same thing now too ... it funny because it was fine when I turned off the car, then when I came back out of the store and turned the car on it was doing that.

 

i just tore all that crap out and put a new cd player in...

 

But the stock radio looks awsome at night.

 

haha yeah i did like the look but my radio itself didnt work but i still got the equalizer and tape player..

 

my tape deck chews my tapes.. i gave up.. as long as the fm/am, eq, joystick works im happy. now i gotta fix my mast so i will hopefully have better reception because the signal keeps going on and off

 

I tried to keep the stock radio as long as possible, but it started eating tapes, face plate fell off then the EQ quit on me.

I use to copy CD's on tapes! What a Loser I know! lol

So I gave up and got a new headunit.

I would like to see a pic of the old unit at night for ol' time sakes
