Is the fan pulling air through the rad? Or is it pushing against... logical question, probably a dumb one, but you never know.

Well Toggle switch doesnt really matter...unless of course its on the off postion! lol
But the two possible problems is the fan is not Pulling air through the rad (Happened to me by accident) but instead pushing. Or the thermostat...Im guessing this just started when you put the E-Fan?

did you have the prob after or before the e-fan?

1st. Check you Rad. make sure that its working properly.

-run the car till the temp gets hot then when it getting war feel the top half of the rad vs. the bottom half.

if ones cooler then your rads the prob.

-then check you thermostat

-take off the housing and just replace the thermostat just to ELiMINATE that factor.

NOTE: before you install the thermostat cut off the little nipple valve thingy...

hope it works ouot for you.
