4594 Is what I use. But on a nikki w/a holley reg.

i need a constant 6psi, would it best to get the 7psi and regulate it; or get the 4594 and run it at max?

Id get the 7, then you know you have adequate fuel. The other is 4-6, might give you problems. But Im not a holley guy.

I guess since 2.8-3.6 psi is the norm for a stock 12 carb you guys must be talking about modified intakes.
