Cartech Turbo in Magazine

Does anybody know where I could find a copy of
TURBO Magazine (and High performance) from
March 1986

Supposedly there is a nice article on a GSL-SE
with a Cartech Turbo system in it.

Preferably one I could download.

Thanks.

The guy who owned the buisness is Corkey Bell. He is from down here in Texas(Dallas). Corkey still does rotary turbos and such but he is now in, either San Antonio or Corpus Christie. I heard he was doing ...like... rotary powered boats and planes????

Thanks, I know all about Corky Bell, I even read book - good stuff. I am not looking for him or even a Cartech kit, - I just have a small running bet with a friend of mine who was talking smack about the Cartech Kits.

Those were the kings of the streets back in the day.

Those kits were the only way to get big hp out of a rotary in the 80s!! Cartech had a race car team and I actually pitted for them for a couple years back in 88-89. They had 2 300zs we road raced with the SCCA World Challange back then.....it was great!!!!

****, I'll chime in on this old thread since I am old.......

Yea, Corky worked on my Turbo Capri (Mustang varriant) back in the early 80's. I guess he's still in the Dallas area. I used to have a book he wrote about turbocharging, the best book I've ever seen on the subject. I have torn my attic up, but sitll can't find it.
