Car Will Turn over and start but wont idle

Hey so I’ve been working with my rx7 for about a year now and have had issues from massive vacuum leaks being fixed causing high idle to not staying idle. I had manifold vacuum leak and torqued my bolts down and it solved my high idle issue but now it’s not staying idle. It was erratic before and running at 2k rpm without dropping. But ever since fixing that it won’t stay on unless I had fuel by accelerating and keeping the throttle open. It has a racing beat Holley carb that was installed on it when I first bought it. I checked my ignition timing and it’s where I should be. My plugs are kinda fouled and want to change them. But will that cause for it to keep idle or is another problem?

Its a carb or intake issue.

okay I was thinking that the carb could be clogged at the idle jets but at the same time idk. I’ve disconnected my fuel pump and turned the car over to let my fuel bowl empty which it did so it seems to be getting gas
