Here is a picture of the water/methanol injection system.

As for the boost referenced power valve, I built it myself out of a 2.5 hg power valve and a ball point pen spring. You remove the spring on the PV and remove the disk that holds it in place. Then you make a small bracket that is anchored under a main jet that holds the end of the spring. Just enough pressure to keep it seated. Block off the vacuum port that feeds the chamber and use a piece of brake line from outside the carb that connects inline from the boost tube off the turbo.

As for the power valve channel restrictions, you will need to slowly and incrementally get the main jet that will give you the best idle/to 0hg then increase the pvcr to give you best AFR under boost. drill/tap/ and plug the PVCR with brass maggot/setscrews and drill them with your jewlers drill bits.

So far I have to say this is one of the fastest cars I have driven, it is very fuel hungry under boost and my hybrid turbo is holding 8-10 psi all the way to 9K. The water methanol helped it get up to 10 psi steady all the way to 9.5K, both at AFR between 12.1-12.3

here is a play by play on a method to make a BRPV...

Too funny. Mad fabrication skills, pics of your 'Devils Own' tank, and it's your 666th post. Scary.

I can't wait to see it in person.

Another idea would be to possibly ditch the turbo Idea and run a cheap and common Eaton M90 supercharger (found on gm and ford supercharged V6's) Paired with a side draft carb bolted directly to the back or normal carb with a 90 degree elbow, then get an intake flange and scrap metal to make an intake plenum for the supercharger. It could handle tons of power, you wouldn't have to tune a carb to handle both vacuum and pressure (suck through), the car would run better with static timing (no intake vacuum), it would be cheaper and easier, and it would have that coolness that such a trick setup would have, just a thought.[/QUOTE]

Do you mean something like this?

After some serious tuning and modifications to the carb, all I can say is that the car is way too much fun. It is a very time consuming process. But the rewards are undeniable. Wide and is a must!
