Which blaster 2 coils?

Which MSD blaster 2 coils bolt right into my 84 GSL 12A? I have searched the forums, and it doesnt really state which ones to buy. And some of them state to get the ones with the resistor built in? If any one can help me, so i know which ones to buy it would be great!

ok I bought blaster 2 coils a little while ago for my car. I still have the packaging for them so i can help. Mine is part No.8202, these things are extremely easy to drop in, mount in the stock location and just wire up like the stockers. You will not notice a big difference in performance but they look sweet and are supposed to provide hotter spark.

79 had points. 80 up was electronic. If in doubt, look under the dist. cap.

you CANNOT mount them in the stock location. Blaster 2 coils have to be mounted upright

you can, my instructions say: it is recommended these coils are mounted in an upright position.... Haha that reminds me I need to mount mine vertically one of these days, gotta use that respeed mount I bought.
