Attaching the rubber window trim

Does anyone know how you attach the rubber window trim outside the window?
I am doing all the seems and I was wondering if it uses any type of adhesive or just sticks on.

plastic pins go into the metal of the door and 3M makes a weatherstrip that does a great job for around the window frame.

Are you refering to the door to body gasket, or the piece that seals the bottom of the glass to the outside of the door? Neither piece needs adhesive when installed correctly. The piece at the bottom of the glass snaps in the channel, lube it with some WD-40, it will slip in easier.

It's the seal at the bottom of te glass outside the door. I'll give it a try, do I have to remove the glass?
Thanks,
Luca

Nope, just lube it and press it in. Fresh ones tend to be a little long, so start each end, then work to the middle, do not trim it. It will shrink over time.
