TurboIIGuy ripped me off!!

I don't know what's up with this guy (don't even know his name) because he seems pretty legit and has been around a while on the boards. I payed him $116 for a driveshaft in early December that I still haven't received yet. Despite my numerous PM's (his email is turned off) he still won't acknowledge me.

Has anyone else had problems with this guy?

TurboIIGuy if your reading, just send me my driveshaft or refund and there'll be no hard feelings!!

I gotta say the guy came through for me....He's legit! Should've tried being a bit more discrete. I'm sure you did but I hate to see good guys get trashed over something that may have been a honest oversight. Hope it all works out!

I would have called for someone who knows him to come forward first, but if the guy paid for parts and hasn't got them 5 weeks later I'd say he has a reason to post a complaint.

im not saying somethign didnt come up, im a reasonable guy, i mean i just bought a set of seats for 200 thinking shipping would be 100. so i paypalled him 300 he took awhile, about two months, ut we kept in contact and he kept me informed, he just shipped the seats out tuesday witha complimentary downpipe, and he said shipping came to 293 and some change, so he may just need some time to prov he is a good guy. dont jump to conclusions just yet.

He sounded legit & had a good Paypal score (had!) & I told him that I had the car up on horses waiting for these parts- now I got them from someone else but I still want my money back!

Anyone that knows the guy personally I sure would appreciate it if you would let him know what's going on. I don't like trashing anybody on the boards, it's not my style. Any hey, if your a little late delivering my stuff that's cool, just let me know what the deal is. I'm a reasonable guy and have been very patient with this.

Like I said, no hard feelings if it all works out. He did tell me he has been busy at work which I totally understand. What I don't appreciate is the lack of communication.

TurboIIGuy just let me know whats going on!

these people make it hard for the honest people out there, if there were a cyber gallows the line up would be huge - hang all rip offs!
( not dirrected at anyone who follows up on their dealings, but for those who cant understand what honesty is )
I too have lost $$$ because of these critters-

I just finished talking to him. Apparently, he has been on the road and no access to computer. Anyways, he will be contacting everyone when he gets back to town . He mentioned to me that when ship parts, they have to be signed by the recepient. anywyas, 2 came back to him. To make a long-story short, he has no issues with giving refunds or whatever. Im posting this in his behalf to show good faith. So lets all be cool and I dont think he will ruin his reputation for strut bars or somtething like that.

I'll believe it when I see a refund or my part. I paid him in November and still no part.

Hmm that sounds alright.

I'd seriously reimburse him for shipping again after I get it the second time. Because it'd be a shame for him to have to pay shipping twice if I wasn't home the first time.

I was never notified with a tracking number so I wasn't expecting much.

Hopefully all will end well.
