Another Header Identification

Anybody care to take a stab at what kind of header this is? It came off an '84 GS with a 12a. I'd like to install it on my '83 GS....hoping it will line up with stock connecting pipe (have an '83 Racing Beat presilencer as well).
Any help would surly be appreciated.

That is a mindtrain too, where are you people finding these? If I didn't love my turbo's so much I'd have to have one of those headers. As far as bolting up to the rest of your exhaust, I have no idea.

Step 1 remove the heat wrap.
Step 2 enjoy your header not blowing up

well it came off a 12a and provided it's going on a 12a it'll work. as for bolting up to RB stuff i couldn't say. just put it on there and see.

step 1 stop myth
step 2 header wrap kicks *** if you do it right.

Take the header and get it sand blasted, then get it ceramic coated. Shouldn't cost more than $80. Then rewrap it and enjoy more heat in the exhaust therefore more power, not to mention way cooler underhood tempratures, and MORE POWER! It might only give you 2-4 whp more, but in my book every little bit counts.

As far as I know, with most ceramic coaters wrapping coated headers voids the warranty on the coating, so be sure to ask about that.

Are there any marks to identify this header as a Mindtrain? I've heard they are some-what rare and saught after. This thing is really solidly built, it's got to weight close to 20-25lbs. Any idea of it's value?

Step 1: look at hyper's exhaust system and dyno results
Step 2: believe hyper
