Best fan for a daily driver is the clutch fan.

Are the fog lights round, square rectangular?

I installed a Black Magic electric fan
An electric fan will cool the engine better than a clutch fan
It will also save a few hp'S
As far as the lights go have someone hold them in different areas and work
with that

Sorry but an electric fan will not cool better than a clutch fan, they do not move as much air (CFM) but they will free up one or two horsepower.

I drive about 1000 miles a week so i keep the best cooling fan for that car, for the race car I went electric though because even in traffic its doing 80 mph....lol.

If the lights aren't too large in overall dimensions, mount them just behind the lower grill or under the bumper within the grill opening. As for an e-fan, find one that has a 16" diameter, pushes at least 2000 cfm and install it with a thermo switch on a relay.

Most auto parts stores sell a thermo switch with thier e-fans, usually $25 more. You wire that in on the + side of the fan, with a relay, and it will turn the fan off/on at the temps you set it for.

First pic is the switch, 2nd is the sensor, bacically a thermometer. I have mine set to come on at 190* and shut off at 180*.

I pull the power for the relay from the trailing, the power for the fan from the 2nd gen fuse block.
