well... mine stock was 18.1
mods in the sig and no interior with a full tank of gas 16.1.
mods in the sig w/ interior and full tank 16.3
im waiting for a friday off where i DONT have a full tank of gas and time to strip the interior, im sure i can break into 15.9 (my current goal)
i would agree with it should put you at mid 16's depending on how good you can drive

I guarantee i could get your car to run mid 15s with those mods Pull the hood off when you run, its much ligher, and you get much better airflow into the intake.

OOoOOoooo, anyone care to make an educated guess as to my 1/4 mile? We only have them once a year on the island
1979 Mazda Rx7 / Removed Rats Nest / 1 S4 FC Seat / Monster Street Port / Type 2 Modified Stationary Gears / Upgraded Oil System / RB Holly Intake / Holly 600 / RB Headers / Gutted and Stripped / Lightweight Flywheel / Racing Clutch / Race Wires / Heat Wrapped Manifold / Carter 7psi Pump / R compound performance tires
Has a 10,000rpm redline, will have the headers probably collecting near the back axle with a straight through SS muffler. Still deciding, but will have that done within a month.
This should pretty much be my setup when I run, I have 99% of that, exhaust just isn't finished, it's headers straight to new stock muffler right now.
So any guesses? The street port is the biggest street port and then some, it's pretty nuts. Unfortunately I haven't gotten to look at it closely as the car won't be in my hands for about another week. It's still at my friends.

You should be putting out about 175rwhp, with the light weight an educated guess would be 14-14.2 seconds. Possibly a little lower if the Holley matches the porting and exhaust specs.

Yep, it's Tyler's car
I'll definately be careful about breaking it in first, I want the engine to be as strong as possible
So who are you? I see you're on the island, are you on Revscene, or what town/city?
Or are you the guy with the GSL-SE that was out with us when I blew the tranny in my LeBaron?

clean85- In simple terms you have an old school13B with an off tune Holley carb but good exhaust side. Most of the other mods will have little impact on your1/4 time. With a slipping clutch anywhere from 15-16 seconds depending on what a killer bee package is.

thielobockiei -get a dictionary and some common sense before your next post. Find me a 20 year old 1 litre iston engine that can get near these times. I suggest you look at the 1/4 times for a wide range of piston cars on the general automotive forum, few come close and then only at 10 times the cost.
As a matter of interest what did your LS1 into a R1 cost. I am certain that a well modified 13BT could give your GM engine yards of start and still be ahead at the line.

Paul, I appreciate you speaking out for the rotary community, but before telling someone else to get a dictionary you should probobly remove the spelling mistakes from your own post, lol

You might want to check into getting some pistons, you're sad times would certainly improve!!!

I have a friend doing a V8 1st gen, I have nothing against them, or the piston engines that reside in my other cars.
It sounds like a pretty nice project that you're putting together, why hate on other cars?

Raptor- point taken. What I really need is a better laptop so I can actually see clearly what has been typed. Mains electricity would also help at the moment!
