i think they are pretty rare...but if your looking to go boosted then that guy at rotary shack makes distributors with like counter weights or something, which retards the timing

No, you just weld the weights at full advance, disconnect vacuume advance, and set the timing right.

i have one , but you dont need it....
just weld your existing distributor ond your all set, or you could send it to me and i could do it for you....

only 5 degrees , but its still got the centrifical weights that advance it 20 degrees total!!!!

Ahh, it's not really worth it then unless you can get your hands on one easily and cheaply. I'd probably still use one though and just lock the centrifugal advance. The extra 5* available off boost would be nice to have.

12at dizzy is good for a turbo running about 5-7 lbs boost. Anything above 10 psi and you're a lot safer like Robert says with a locked dizzy. He's been doing carb'd turbos for quite a while, so heed good advice.
