I will help you out a little because I am nice.
Honestly the cheapest way to get your FB to run the times you want would be to buy a TII engine or a JDM 13b out of a cosmo.

Oh I'll add 1 more I have found manifold maker that has a wide selection even has 12A flange and either a S4 or S5 TII turbo flange to bolt directly on

I believe rotaryshack builds tubular manifolds for 12A's also. They can probably use S4 or S5 flanges.
