12A and 13B flywheel differences?

Does anyone know if the 12A (GSL) and 13B (GSL-SE) flywheels are interchangable?

Also, what is the best method of removing the flywheel from the shaft? I have the 54mm nut off but the flywheel just won't budge, even with a 2.5ft pry bar.

Thanx in advance, Jon

Yeah the Haynes manual says that flywheel is to be torqued between (roughly) 275 and 350 lb ft. That means 5 foot cheater man, maybe 7. Also I would use a 3/4 drive breaker. Or, easier to just use a ginormous impact.

I read the nut is off, but the flywheel won't come off....

put the nut back on for only a couple of threads....
Then take a large rubber hammer and give the flywheel a big slam on the clutch side.... it will sound "bling" until you hear the pitch change and then it will pop off....
