Have you got flares? Are they new wheels? If so surely you crunched some numbers first? They will look nuts if they fit. What offsets and set up are you woring with?
I've got nines on stock rear fenders with 225's.

Wow, I'm not even sure who makes 10" tires. Someone's gotta make them though.
I went back to look at the wheels again and noticed they're either 2 or 3 piece wheels. What might be an option is to reuse the centers but with new lips and barrels to "upsize" the wheel to maybe a 13" or 14", whatever is the largest that'll work. Just an idea.

Plug in your current tire/wheel information and the tire/wheel size you want to use in the calculator on the website link below and it will tell you what the differences will be.

Custom wheels, rim tire packages

I'll try too find a shop that can take the center pieces and put them in a larger barrel/lip. Hopefully someone locally lol

Try to get your refund first.
I highly doubt the 10" centres would work with 13,14 or 15" rim sets, if you could even find them at all, and it will be a costly and time consuming process.
there are plenty of sweet old school JDM wheel sets on the market if you keep looking. Crooooober are pretty good to deal with, i am sure (unless already shipped) if they dont give you an outright refund they will give you a transfer to buy a more appropriatly sized set of wheels.

Here is the website. 10" wheels look to be a standalone size, not interchangeable with larger lip diametres.

not only that they are pricey.
