What Front End is this?

I creeped this car at a local BBQ a couple of years ago (stole the pic from a friend on FB) and decided I really want that bumper/lip/whatever.
What is it, and where can it be found?
While I'm at it,

What is the best place to find and buy a wing like that?
Thanks!
This looks like my Marc Surer edition front spoiler. Marc Surer was a Swiss F1 driver in the 80's. Mazda made a special edition only for Switzerland. Mine is number 3 of 84 (because it was made in 1984?)
The car came with a full bodykit (front spoiler, sides, rear bumper add-ons and specific spoiler and stickers).
The give-away in your photo is the small licence plate holder for small swiss front licence plates. I've seen other cars with this bodykit, so maybe somebody is making copies.
The spoiler just fits on top of the front bumper and is held by a couple of screws on the side (where it meets the inside of the wheelarch)
Here are a few photos from the swiss rx-7 club (not my car)

Fixed pics for him.
LOVE THOSE MIRRORS.
That second car is on the forum here, he'll eventually chime in here. He's on the 2013 calendar thread, just ask him. It looks like the 3 piece FB spoiler that's highly sought after here.
Those are some sick looking cars, I must admit.

Super cool white car though - so glad I worked with his links to fix the pictures
Yeah, those square mirrors were standard Euro-market fitment. Not-so-affectionately called "cricket bats" over here cos they... well, they're square. Hey, I never said it was a good name for 'em! Funnily enough, I've got a pair in a drawer in the garge somewhere too. We all covet the aero mirrors you guys got like in the first pic, but USDM ones don't work on RHD cars cos the field of view is wrong, we have to source them from Oz or NZ
In answer to the OP's question about the rear wing, that also looks like an OE one doesn't it? Dunno if they were sold in the USDM, but I'm pretty sure they were, made from a sort of rubbery weird compound. Some aftermarket companies here made fibreglass ones almost identical, such as Elford and TWR. Come up occasionally but they're rare.
