I pulled out my recently-refurbed dizzy, stripped it down, and polished/beautified it. Put it back in and timed up. Running good, and now looking complete under the hood again.
today o the silver one, I cleaned the injectors, replaced the o-rings, replaced the clips since mines were cracked, i used dsm clips, they work great, i removed the air pump, replaced the intake manifold gaskets. got rid of some stuff in the engine bay and replaced some misc vaccum lines.
I washed the blue one , here some pics.

excuse the messy work bench lol.
I am still having a problem with the car when accelerating around 2k rpms the car falls on it's face for like a second or two and the picks up again and does the same thing around 4k rpms, i suspect that one of the 3 cats might be clogged or close to so i will inspect those tomorrow, besides TPS needing adjustment, anybody has any ideas what could cause this?

I finished cuttting the steel to make my center radio surround / switch panel. Sinc I am not using the steering tree for switches I will put them under the radio. I am putting a single din radio where the SA HVAC stuff was to raise the height of the radio (higher up the easier to see
)

Took the old girl to Rotary Performance to have them look through my points, and OMG it rides so much better.
But while leaving my idler arm bushing went south so now I have to replace that FAST.

I got the oil changed and wired up an oil temp gauge since I had a drain plug sensor laying around and it fit. I didn't wash her because it's going to rain but I still took pictures, I'll probably post them in my build thread later.
I need new idler arm bushings like I said above.
Is this what i need to buy?
http://atkinsrotary.com/store/produc...roductid=16984
And for my ignition coils is this correct.
The guy I talked to said that there are two styles and that I need to buy the right one.
Are the coils the same for both or is there a left and right coil?

Removed the RB center section from the blue car. Almost cut it up to work on the brown car's long primary 3 into 1 setup. Then decided not to and put it back in the blue car. I think I needed to physically remove it and place it at my mercy at the chop wheel. Glad I didn't pull the trigger.
Plumbed the fuel systems under both cars; redid the placement of the fuel filter int he brown car so it doesn't hang down anymore. installed a stock 5/16" send line in the blue one and plumbed to the fuel pump (Carter 110gph).

Installed my front suspension, new control arm bushings, strut rod bushings, end links, shocks and springs....and I am certain my camber plates are still not quite. It was a lot of fun laying on the floor, using the jack to raise the lower control arm, a pry bar to lower the sway bar, an elbow to hold everything and trying to catch the nut all at the same time while assembling everything...good times on father's day...

Swapped on my spare (non-shiny) air cleaner cover & ran the car through a heat cycle. Starting to wonder if a lot of my flood problems are due to carbon exhaustion in the 'charcoal canister', which on an SA is in the lid of the air cleaner. So I'm messing with it.
well I always post from work so the stuff I do is generally the day before but.
Yesterday I finished the fuel system in prep for first startup. ran into a problem with my FPR but got it fixed after it got dark. I also finally pulled the car out of the garage to do more work especially on the passenger side where I couldnt get to before. got the door on finally.
Oh did I mention the Stage 5 kit ($5000 also) from grannies I got has a front main seal leak. yep, found that when I pulled it out. guess I gotta pay someone to fix it
todays list. calll Josh (horsepoweraddicts) back over after yesterdays cancelation to program the GM ECU for me so it will run longer than 3 secoinds. after that the tow truck guy will come get it and drop it off at the muffler shop for headers back exhaust and all the brake hardlines.
it wont be ready for the car show this weekend but I just dont care as long as I get it done. I still have to cut the hood open and put some kind of bump where the throttle body is to avoid any rubbing (it already touches without running)
pics can be found in my build thread on norotors, sorry they are on muy phone
