KCREPU that is gorgeous! I'd like to do something similar for my center console, just not sure I have the patience to accomplish a job that well done. Will look amazing in the car to say the least!

Thx - I've since cut the lower holes for the gauges and need to give it a respray. I hate that Rust-Oleum paint and primer in one. It looks good but the can sprayer fails most of the time.

Any intrest in a build write up

Hey all I can't thank some of you enough. The forum has been great and the build threads that everyone posts are an amazing help. Ive been using the writeup's from wangracing and Viking War Hammer and just wanted to see if there was any interest in me doing one as well.

any picture before you sprayed? what kind of rust issues if any did you have to contend with? What did you use for a coating? Also that is a great purple.

I spent the last few days pulling my rear axles and got new bearings put on today. Years of curbing had the passenger side grinding but slipping off a rhino ramp really gave it the clunks.

Maybe a dumb question, but I read a post saying to put bearing grease on the axle seals for assembly. Will coating with a bit of diff oil work fine?

Helped unoack the SR20DET for the swap. It came with quite a few extra oarts that will be sold to offemset the cost of everything involved. Also, stripped the Ford 7.5 down for the brackets to be welded on

Think this one will be less breakable, peejay?

I see you have a dual bolt pattern on the flange; good thinking.

It's a single bolt pattern. I had Da Boss chuck up the Ford flange and machine the inner OD a little larger to accept the Mazda spigot diameter. I gave him a Kia Sportage front driveshaft chunk for reference The Mazda bolt holes are merely drilled in where there wasn't a Ford pattern in the way.

Having major difficulties getting the Watts to work with it.
