rim and tire sizing and rubbing

If i put 16" rims with +30 offset and 205/45R16 tires would I have rubbing? the rims I am looking at also have +38, +40, and +45 offset so i can always change it to reduce rubbing. the car is a 79 gsl if that helps any.

15x7 +20mm 205 50 is a good size that will not rub. Anymore offset will rub.
