if the offset is +40 get 205 55 16, if it's +35 or lower, get 225 50 16

Wheels

I am running 225/45-16 on front on 7 1/2 rims with 40 offset. 245/45/16 on 8 1/2 rims with 40 offset on the rear. They are Yokohama AVS ES100. Clearances are fine. My photos are too large for attachment.

I had 225s on my stock wheels, the fronts would rub.

I was able to squeeze 225/50/16's up front with a 16 x 7 +40.
I'm running Silkroad coilovers though and the tire only cleared by a tad.
I ended up running a different size tire and rim though as the 225's just looked too bulky in the front.
