Rims and Tires

For my vert (5 lug) I would like to go with an 18" rim. Was looking at the EXEL E-2.
For tires i would like to run AS wide as i can with 18" rim w/ say +40 offset what width of rim with those specs should i run in REAR, would like low profile tires of coarse, unless i plan on doing a lift for the 7! What width tire and aspect ratio.

What should i run up front with same offset and same rim height. (Tire width and aspect ratio as well as the width of the rim) Without any rubbing.

Thanks

7" with a 225/40/18 is about as wide I would go.

doh i didnt even answer the question i run 215s up front and 225s no rubbing in the front with 17*7 (too small) i think the back allows you to get away with murder but you have to be very careful with the front.. i think if you are careful you can get a 225 in the front may have to watch your fender and get a really small spacer

I'de recommend you do a search and find other FC's with 18in rims. But if you're set on it, listen to that guy (RETed).
