Ray usually does the OGTA updates, but this was a special meeting.

Chris (young guy with the big hair in the second-to-last pic) was headed down a slippery on-ramp with 3 other accidents at the base of it. The truck ahead braked in order to not pass an officer without being waved around, and made them the fourth accident on-scene.

We swapped his injector-bung-plugged GSL-SE engine, Del Horto carb, and S2 suspension onto Ray's old "White One" that tossed a rotor not long ago, and repopulated the shell with as much S2 hardware as possible, in order to keep Ray stocked full of S3 spares.

Who was rocking the Elise, and why didn't you tell the guy with the axe to put it down and step away from the flywheel?

Looks like a fun day of work.

The Lotus belongs to this guy

I agree the OGTA crew is a good group of guys. I've been down that way a couple times to meet up with them (7.5 hour drive each way). They always help each other out with parts or working on cars.

Billy (re-speed) is in several pics. Can you guess which one is Billy? Ray is behind the camera, so he is not in the pics.

They are about to drop the engine, tranny and drive shaft into the engine bay. Billy's steering it. Collin is checking with Central on his cell phone and Crit is at the controls of the hoist.
