So I am putting the Nikki carburetor back together that the previous owner took apart the problem is I don't know where all the different arms and horns and brackets go for a Rat's Nest delete as far as the throttle cables and the choke cable if somebody could give me some good pictures. Of where all this stuff goes it would really be appreciated

can i use the choke without the rats nest, previous owner deleted it. dont know if i will drive it in the winter as i have my truck. the little butterfly in the top half, is that the choke? i see most people have removed it.
You can keep the choke. It's only controlled by the temp sensor on the back of the water pump to keep it pulled out until warm.

The single butterfly is known as the "shutter valve".
I usually remove the actuator then JB weld the holes shut and the butterfly in full open position because the bloody thing loves to sieze in the semi-closed position after a while... But yeah if yours is not sized you should be able to find references to shutter valve in the FSM and Wiring Diagram.
