Question kuuuurrrraaazzzyyyyy question.

so i looked around and didn't see it, but here's something i've not yet seen on a first gen, and would like to know if anyone has yet to do it. are you ready for this?

* rx-2/3/4 front end (fenders, bumpers, grill, headlights, etc.) grafted onto a first gen's chassis*

crazy eh? like i said this may have been done, but i haven't seen it.
only issue i can see, besides the massive fab work. is that you would need a donor rx-2/3/4.... and it'll be a sad day in hell before i chop one of those guys up...

has anyone else seen this? i got the idea from this member's photo album:

I daydreamed about that but I sure aint going to hack up my 7 or find a 2/3/4 to hack up. I get my hands on one of those and I'm makin it pretty.

it would look gross. if you want the look of a rx-2/rx-3 and can find a entire front end, then you might as well build a rx-2/rx-3

Its something different, and apperently never done, which makes my 7 unique, I think a hatchback with this front end would look good. Lookup the 037 stradale. Beautiful AND competitive!

Best bet is to find a parts car 2 or 3 thats been asspacked pretty hard and then "save it" by using the front end. I say go for it.

I also would rather just build a rx2 or 3. I would love to have one someday. That hasn't been done that I know of. Changing the 1st gen body to something else has though. Blownandtwisted started with a 1stgen body and ended up with a 3rdgen.

Yuck! it would not look like that. The cosmo has a butterface and ghetto donk. Seriously, lookup the 037 stradale

It would look like an s13 with an s15 front end. It may fit, but the lines won't match.

i've seen FD fronts on FC, which is so/so, the cool looking one is the Rx8 front on FD, it neat.

i think the Rx2 might look ok, you'd need to probably find a fiberglass front end (they make them) and start there, you end up using the front of the Rx whatever fender and the read of the Rx7 fender so it lines up
