Offset Front Bumper Mod

Check out the mod I did on my front bumper. All I did was hit a jersey barrier and instant body mods! As cool as it is, I think I would like to return it to stock. There is a 1980 Parts car for sale near me, I don't know if the front clip from the 80 will fit my 84 though. Also, I would rather keep the 81-85 style, so if anyone in or near Western PA has a front clip, parts of it, a header panel, or a hood; please let me know.

Seen a lot worse - I prefer that look to the "sleepy eye" mod.

The 80 front end will only fit if you replace both fenders and the bumper, which it looks like you need to do. The panel between the headlights is the same, hood is the same, and i think the lower panel under the bumper is the same. Good luck with it!

Nothing else really broke, although it feels like there a bit more play in the steering... I suspect Idler Arm, Local Autozone has one in stock for 47$
Also, the guy with the parts car was a douche bag, he was asking 500$ for the entire car and I offered him 200 for just the front clip, fenders and hood. He said, "call back when you got more money".

An FB bumper should be easy to find and cheap. although it would be pretty cool to have a 79 front end on an FB.

do you want me to call that guy and offer him $250 for the whole car? That way you can offer $300 and he might take it haha. That SA has been for sale for months, says "rotted frame rails" I bet they arent that bad judging from the car. Go look at it. Maybe give him the $500 and fix it and drive it instead. I guarantee your frame is bent judging from how far over you bumper moved...

I took alook beneath and it looks like just the bumbershocks and their mounting points are effed up. I just don't have the $500 bucks + title x-fer + tax.
