Yeah I accomplished the rare feat of having more torque than horsepower in a rotary! (even if only by a few tenths)

Time to start looking at ways to improve the top end.

Directfreak, are you taking any correction factor into consideration for the Mustang vs. Dynajet dyno. The Mustang dynos put out numbers 8-10% lower.

where have you been living? anything that sheds rotating mass is going to free up power.

Reducing rotating mass will allow the car to accelerate quicker... it will NOT make more horsepower.... PERIOD.

Lets make this simple analogy... If you were spinning a 50# kid around on a merry-go-round, would it be easier to get the kid "up to speed" than spinning a 400# fat *** man?? Yes it would be easier to move the 50# kid.

Does it mean you all of a sudden have more energy (power) because you are able to move the 50# kid faster??? NO... you are still the same.

Engine was built @ Streetpower Peformance and tuned by Steve Kan on a Dyno Dynamics Dyno.

This is a SP 12a engine, Fuji Racing ITB, Megasquirt, SDJ headers, Custom exhaust with "expansion chamber" all tig welded, Racing beat light flywheel.

The only other number I'd like to see in there is my old holley carb one which is already on the list ....

I'd love to see what the torque curve looks like for that setup.
