v500 boost controller
has anyone tried using the boost controller feature of the wolf. i'm about to try it so i want to know if i'm wasting my time or not.

well i have a solenoid from an apexi unit so i was thinking that it can be used or do i have to buy a specific one? so it worked with the v3 you had?

no I had a external greddy with the v3.
I now have a V500 to go in the car, and one of the options I am doing at install is the boost controller option.
I dont know enough to say if any solenoid will work but the one Wayne was selling me was very affordable, I believe well under $150.

I am using a boost controller with great success. I have it controlling my solenoid and keeping the valve shut up to 15 psi, at which time it starts to PWM. I then increase the boost after peak torque to broaden the torque curve.
