Talking V500

Hey guys today I downloaded the V500 software for free from the Wolf website under purchase a V500 ecu. It looks very complex.....you could run a cruise missile with this ECU never mind a engine. Anyone using a V500 any feedback.
Cheers

Yeah just downloaded it. Will try it later. So they are offering the latest for free but not the old? I guess thats to get people to purchase the v500 since its new.

After reading the help file its obvious they wrote this before the new v4 software, then simply made the software a bit different to suit. Thats probably why its so buggy. And thats why they mentioned a lsu4 oxy sensor when really its only the v500 that can use that sensor.

The V500 looks VERY complex better pass around a few before you do a install to losen the brain cells. I can see a whole new world of problems here. I wonder if the logger will work on it ???

If it works as good as it looks, they will sell plenty of them...
Maybe once they make a cheaper version of it...

Hey rotamotive where you working late last night! Or just like me finished some cards and a lot of beers fixing up those brain cells while dreaming about a V500 auto tuner that can use the inputs for a accellerometer, knock sensor, speed, exhaust temp and O2 to make it tune you car your car including spark on the fly I like the idea but lots of hours hours of programing. I need more hours in the day now!!

rotamotive do you know how fast the data is refreshed into the new software? Have you done any installs yet? They look HOT!!!
Cheers
