Probably a common question, I think ive seen a thread devoted to this topic somewhere? If so please feel free to post a link to it, couldnt find it with a search.

Anyway... I was planning on having my FD rebuilt, and i was speaking with dave (guitarjunkie) about getting it done, and as most of you know he passed away recently, truly upsetting. He was also the only guy I was really in contact with about doing rebuilds. So im looking around seeing what other options I have. I'm looking for anyone (independent or shop) who does good work and can back it up for a decent price, i really dont have 5-6g's to drop on a rebuild at the moment, but am willing to work toward an agreement. So any shop/person/company you guys can refer/recommend me too would be of great help, ive been doing some searching of my own but havent really come up with to much. Really want to get my fd back on the road. Thanks alot guys.

if you dont mind the dropoff down in SD, try TeddyRx2. Im pretty sure he can do rebuilds but you'd have to verify it with him first. really good guy and good work

speed machine is the most expensive in the group, goto there site and see there prices

 

there going to charge an arm and leg at speed machine but there work is well worth it, I do the rebuilds to hit me up with any questions

last time i talked to dave at speedmachine he told me that they weren't taking in any customers for awhile because their building a new competition car for the coming season. they might be done with it tho....
