who can rebuild my engine in the bay area?

I blew my motor. anyone know of a rotary mechanic who can do a rebuild for me locally. im in Oakland. looking for something with 2-3hr radius

I personally prefer Rotary Evolution (Karack) though I have heard good things about Rick's Rotary. Rick's is in Pleasanton and Rotary Evolution is in Yuba City.

s4 turbo was smoking so i replaced it with a s5 i bought a while back. Apparently oil was low(very) and after taking the oil pipes to the turbo on n off it deaded all the oil pressure left. It overheated on the test drive( about 2.5mi) and blew the coolant seals.

Im soo pissed it blew bc i didnt put oil in it!
