For those of you who are interested to know what happened with my first gen, here it is:

I got a check instead of getting a rental car $350.00.

I got a settlement check for the injury of my back and leg $750.00 ( I just had to wear a brace for about a week)

And the total loss check was $2,164.00 because I decided to keep the car. ( there was no way in hell i would let them take it, even if they gave me nothing. too much money put into the car)

So it did take a while for me to get my money, and it sucks it had to end this way. But at least I did get some kind of compensation for my loss. I had to bug the insurance company and I would always get the run around. Always telling me they would get back to me before the end of the day. Weeks would pass and I would remember to call again.

Now this is my 90 Miata that replaced my first gen.

New additions :
Black OEM hardtop
KYB with H&R race springs
Enkei Mesh 15" wheels
Azenis RT615 tires

Next is a rollbar so I can take it to the track!
