The Jetta driver is claiming that he was at a stop at the intersection, and that I hit him.
That can't be, unless I was driving sideways. because the damage to my car was at the driver side front corner. (fender/bumper/wheel) And the damage to his car was his front end. We are lucky he hit me there and not my driver door. I would have gotten hurt, and he would be f*cked more.

Did El Monte PD take a report? If they did and took your statement, you should be fine. Unless he lied to the cops as well. Point of impact on the vehicles will substantiate the statements/accident as well. You're Golden! GL!
