The Team (Vallejo) Mazda are a bunch of idiots

This is what I get for not just calling up Ray at Malloy. I spent over an hour trying to get 4 bolts, 2 sensors and an o ring. It took 3 people that long to get me 2 of the bolts and the sensors.

I got fed up and told them to figure it out, so I went to the gym. Got home, showered, popped up the parts diagram, called them and gave them the parts' numbers.

By the time I called with the info, they still hadn't been able to figure it out. My goodness! I do believe I've learned my lesson for betraying Ray.

I haven't spent as much as you though 'Guitar'. I think close to the lines of $6k.

Sorry to hear your misfortune there 'IamRobbyah'.

actually, lots of my customers want to buy their own parts, so malloy has got probably $20k+ in parts sales since january that have originated with me...and the year isn't even done yet!

if mazdatrix hadn't have fucked me over on the rotor thing last year, i'd still be doing business with them. ******* me has cost them $25k+ since july of last year. good incentive to treat your customers right...it'll come back and bite you in the *** later on if you don't.

Yeah, the monkey behind the counter was a complete buffoon, but he was nice. Just an irritation.

I use the local Mazda here...the parts counter guy is....weird/******* retarded. He said that I downgraded with coilovers and that the stock suspension on the FC pulled like 2gs or something and I'm ruining my car. They he went so far as to saying that a STOCK FC would do like 200+ mph ...all I needed was a chip to rev it up higher or something ask Karack this guy is a freakin nut...I always have to have him print out diagrams to find the part I need and since I don't know the parts that well I usually have to call up Karack and make his *** drive over to show him.

dealer parts guys are tools. i have my own parts fiches and normally bring my own part numbers with me when i order parts from them, if i didn't get them cheaper than through mazdatrix i would just order stuff online. nice thing about the dealers though is they are in fact cheaper than almost all aftermarket sources for factory parts and it normally only takes 2 business days to get parts.

Buy from dealers?????

Mazdaspeed is WAY CHEAPER than any dealer. You only have to enter 2 autocross events per year to join. e.g. I just bought an NOS R1 front lip for $100.

As anyone been able to log in? I keep getting the dreaded "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message after I click on Submit Logon. I can get to the page just fine, just not login and thus see the good stuff.
