I didn't say anything about parking restriction in LA, I said you'll get a ticket from a parking attendant if you part you car on public property (including the parking garage at LAX) if you don't have a front plate.

used to live in Hollywood. Got like 15 of those cus Louie from R-R&R didnt have a front license plate, long story, but i couldnt get one for a while.
