well, my original budget was $3500(streetport, bnr turbo...and a few little things).... then all of you convinced me to get the microtech..... and well, now my budget skyrocketed to around $14,000 (after every part is bought, rhd conversion done, enginebay painted, and everything polished and powdercoated).... im a little under half way done.... so im hoping to see her back on the road by maybe late june/early july..... as long as its done before the next *crossing fingers* sevenstock.. ill be happy!

damn, good lookin out! yeah it has a mechanical OMP, aluminum housing, and I couldn't see the solenoids but it's dark and alte so i'll give it a look in the morning, it should be 2 though if it's consistent with everything else

 

i meant actuator... not solinoid... my bad! i was tired when i wrote that...... but yeah, you have a s4!

i got the front clip today..... now i have everything except the brake lines..... i have 1 of them, but the rest were cut now that ive actually studied the differences, there are WAY more differences than i thought!

hey guys, just wanted to let the seven owners out there know that we have a meet this Saturday. I hope to see some of you there.

also not sure If I posted yet or not, but I sold the race car. it's been paid for, and will be shipped to Collorado soon. the guy is turning it into a Pikes Peak hill climb car. he will NOT be keeping a rotary in it. it will have a turboed 4 banger in it. all well, at least the car will get to see some action.

Project Duece will be starting as soon as the race car is out of the garage, and the RX-8 is put in.

man i got home at 4am and waited till 630 just to watch the episode. man they kicked ****. whats funny is that even with dots they still kick there **** with slicks being heads up. I laughed when the guys n the honda said after they win they were going to go drift in it and blow it up and put a Ls1 n it. Well i guess full race with be getting a rotary now. Wont anyone ever learn.

i pissed off some guy about some injectors he was trying to sell for $180. i was like dood, they're 140ish brand new...with a warranty.

so he pm's me and starts telling me to **** off and mind my own ******* busines and blah blah.... sounded like a pissed off 12 year old.

i responded with **** yourself and have a nice day

i thought you were supposed ot get a warning before you got banned???


and btw, after all that **** talking he did, he STILL took my advice and put the injectors up for cheaper. what a douche!!!

i don't trust anything that uses the 7057 sensor. a techedge with the 6066 is great, along with the turboxs unit i'm currently using, but that one's like $8-900 by the time you get the knock sensor and egt with it. one thing does it all though
