like dave said....... a standalone can defuel an injector.... its all on tuning the standalone (or air/fuel controller).... just throwing in huge injectors, and not tuning them properly, im sure you'd flood the hell out of it!

you don't like the stock location?

well i guess now you can mount your filter so it won't drain out all over (if you don't pop the hole in it), when you change your oil. i just don't trust hose clamps...

mostly, but the junctions are kinda ghetto-lookin'.

call up MJ or i can go to the local hose shop and get you some. if you use a -3, you won't need a restrictor.

the xtd is the **** for what you pay! i've used it in a couple 400+ whp cars and it holds with ease. engages nice too

but it's your money, so get whatever you want. and no, it's not bugging me. i've got probably 80-90 email's from the guy that owns the vert i'm working on....it's all part of the job. only thing i hate is whan people call and keep me on the phone forever.

Vipers since your trying to build your motor to have over 400hp or around there don't you have to replace the rear axels because of the high power. will the stock axels support the power is what i'm asking since it's going to be so high.

stock driveline can handle 600+ hp... it all depends on how you drive.

if you're launching a 250 hp car with slicks and dumping the clutch @ 7k rpm, you're gonna break that **** with haste.

on the other hand, if you drive off the line with a 500 hp car, then roll onto the the throttle, your driveline should live a long and happy life. power doesn't kill things, it's that sudden hit and jerky motion that does.

speeddemon-- you talking about that dowel for the front cover?

Oh, okay that makes things real clear.
I always wanted to know because if I ever go big on power which I know I will at some point in my life, I don't want to break something like axels from drifting with a powerful engine.
Thanks Dave

i think that's gonna depend on how much you clutch-kick it. you actually might want to upgrade your axles.

vipers--dead link.

and from now on, nobody's allowed to make any reference to me unless it's dave or david.
