If any one needs a tII engine and transmission I am selling one fairly cheap. Ran perfect when I pulled it from the car and I will include all parts you may need for free such as ecu and wiring harness, only thing not available is the differential. Thought I would mention it to you guys first.

Anybody here have any experience on enlarging a wastegate. I changed my sparkplugs and now my engine is boost creeping. I think the stock turbo is to small for my setup because boost starts at a little over 1000rpm.

 

you wanna port the wastegate.... its not that hard... there are quite a few very well written write-ups on how to do it in the 2nd gen archives.... basically, dremel the hole alot bigger, then weld a washer on the port closer, and viola'!

NO, the meet for this month is the memorial drive for dave at the end of the month.

 

i got a new 7! its a 85 gs bone stock n first thing i did was throw on my auto bahn meshies =] so i might be rolling out to daves memorial gathering solo =( since i dont really know any rotary heads in the i e.

will is the trans for a s4 or s5, and i had no idea you got a new car last i heard you were on a street bike. oh yeah i might way to look at the motor too next time i'm out there since i need a turbo motor now

casey - the miata looks nice and i can't wait to see you in it too bad you got rid of the 8

jesse i still got my rebuild kit i have all the gaskits if you want to try to build that motor and then look for some good turbo seals

 

you travis how soon until your car is up and running. mine ahs been down since june. got it running just sat nite....
