my GSL-SE has over 140k miles on it and the only thing thats gone wrong is the clutch. blame that on rotary? i think not. besides we got banned from le mans for a reason. i respect piston cars for their torque and low rev capabilities but we own the top end. only thing close is a supra (which is a genius car) but i dare one to keep up in the turns

That SVT mustang is a piece of ****, Ford killed the mustang name in the 80's. I gotta take the svt focus in that battle, that little pocket rocket is pretty quick. I'm assuming a supercharged 4 banger?

I have a stock engine S4 GXL w/236k miles, and hit 7k rpm daily. Maybe you could ask those pistonheads if their engine is better because they have to stay under 3k to keep it running.

hahahaha LS1 4 life y0!
really, my n/a fc had almost 190k on it before it finally popped.
not bad at all.
but I am DEFINTELY happy with my all stock, unmodified, never opened up LS1 under the hood pumping out 350hp and 350tq thru the super beefy short geared T56 sixspeed.
thats a no brainer swap for a high performance DD setup, DUH!
I do love rotaries (theyre very interesting) but not in my own car thank you very much.
