hey guys its me randy again...throw out some dates and ideas for next meet...last one was fun...

 

January 9th is good with me

Not sure about what things we can do though....

Maybe some sort of a cruise?
Know of any good places to take a cruise at?
I don't really venture very far from elk grove, so I don't really know if there's any good places to go that are near by.

Heh, if we do one on a wednesday night we can hang out at the Sac Raceway drag strip... Although I don't think the n/a and older model cars would have too much fun drag racing though haha.

yea im not too knowledgeable about cruises...i dont really venture from sac too much either...maybe have a bbq or somethin at a park?...im down for a later date in jan.

 

im down for anything ill tryn and get to cruise around or sumthin but my car acts up and i have a bit of bent lower cntrl arm and snapped sway bar link so i may be able to just meet up but yeah anways i wanna see the cars n talk a bit. where should the meet be help at same place wing stop?

i'm down for the 9th.we should do a night cruise on highway 49. i hear it's a pretty killer drive and as long as no one decides to be a jackass we should be ok.

 

ive been to hw 49...its really nice up there in the daytime too...if we go at nite on a weekend...chp may get suspicious...especially from all the touge runs an crashes that have happend over the years *wink....but hey maybe a day cruise plus pictures?

well i think the 9th would be too early for me...i prefer a later date, possibly around the 24th or the 31st...that way it would leave more room for more ideas and time for people to get it off or get ready for it....a cruise up 49 would be cool...but it wud probably be during the day...which some people dont come out during the day cuz they still have work....so....maybe we can meet at wingstop in the evening and cruise up to golfland sunsplash?

but a lil off topic for now, does any1 nearby have a stock s4 non turbo air intake box i can borrow?...i need to smog my gf's fc and just in case we cant find the airbox, i may need to borrow one....lemme know!...thx

Not sure if any of you have heard of "Salmon Falls Rd." It used to be really popular for everyone to run back in high school. I live right around the corner, in El Do, but my FD still isn't finished.

but yea as for the meet guys...if were gonna take a cruise, were most likely gonna need a place to stop and meet before and during the cruise...i.e. gas, food, bathroom...just some things to think about...like i said, im not too knowledgeable about cruising, so if u guys really wanna cruise, then im leaving it up to u guys to set up the details...

if all else fails we could all just meetup at wingstop during the evening again and just chill...im down for either...just as long as its planned out pretty well..

 

If its gonna be a cruise we probably should do it in Feb just to have a bit more planning. I think we should have another meet at Wingstop and then whoever comes we can plan things out a little better. Just a thought.

 

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan.
I'll see if I can print out some maps of that salmon falls road and the gas stations, restaurants, etc.. that are along the way.
