Here is my Mazda 3, 2004 in Solar yellow, the only year they made this color for this model. I love it, since it's my first car. My hope is to eventually get an rx7 and work on that.

And yes, I know, the exhaust is huge!

I'm her brother spent a lot of time in the garage taking things apart, scratching our heads, inviting friends over to fix the car, taking out only to stall all the time. Lots of new parts and rewiring..tons of red bull and a whole lot of beer for friends helping is how it was accomplished and took over 2 months

I almost got the dark colored centers but ultimately decided not to as I wanted to keep a semi tame look.

How far back did u cut into the firewall or is balance not a concern for the 2JZ swap?

Didn't cut the firewall. It's definitely as low and as far back as possible, though. Had to lower the steering rack 2 inches.
