Yea, I got to this way after the limit but, if anyone needs to sell their spot, my engine is done and I'll need to tune my car soon. If I can get in GREAT. If not; oh well.

I may front dhahlen payment for my tune spot but he's not shure if his turbo will be in either. My engine is still not in. I just requested wed-fri off of work. I'd rather tune when I get my single, whenever that is (awaiting from A-Spec) but i'd rather not throw away $500 to. How many people are still on the wait list?

Got done with my tune today - a little disappointed with it for the price paid, but better safe than sorry huh?
My car wasnt on the dyno for more than ~ 1 hr and hardly any changes were made that I could tell - Steve was unable to set my boost for some reason ( no boost controller? I thought the PFC did that...plus running stock boost..) - when I came in I pulled 295+ on my tuning.. when I left it was 294 something at I don't even know what PSI it wound up at- 13ish? Didn't get an A/F reading, but it seemed the wideband was fouling out/acting up too, so who knows...?- I figured I'd get a before and after printout or something, but that wasn't an option - so I can't even compare tunes..
Midrange is a little stronger, but it falls on its face up higher, once the 2ndary turbo kicks in . Feels muddy like theres way too much fuel, but I guess it could be the catalyst being clogged too (it pulled hard before this tho..) Not much to report on other than that. Car has a little more throttle response in midrange, but not $500+ worth. Not being able to compare the end result and starting result really just leaves me with a "wheeee...where did my cash go?" feeling.. Maybe the single turbo, totally untuned guys will feel its worth it, and get their moneys worth. In hindsight, I wish I would have blanked out the entire PFC and settings, to at least get a tune out of it, rather than an expensive trimming of my (obviously decent) MAPS
Perhaps the heat or the wideband were the culprit - who knows?.. I'm gonna tweak it a little and see what else I can get out of it and re-dyno/tune next week and see if I can make a difference.
See you at SS tomorrow!
