ok, i just spoke with Steve, looks like we are well on our way to getting 12 or more people... im capping it off to 4 people a day but steve can tune anywhere from 4-6 people a day. so im going to be putting people together in groups on day's and there wont be a lot of flexability for that. reason being, i want the most people to attend and i know from experience some cars take very very short to tune, and some take EXXXtra long. so i might schedule one day for 5 cars and one day for 4 car's. and if someone is close, they are welcome to participate in the day's before incase we finish very early.

so the dates are most likely going to be thursday, friday and sunday as saturday is when the show is and there will be no way to do anything there....

The shop was good. The owner let Steve do his thing with no interference which I know Steve prefers.

 

yea, great bunch of guy's but the thing is its about an hour away from Irvine where the show is going to be held... ive been calling around for dyno's and their CRAZY man... this dude wanted 30 for every pull regardless of renting it out completely.... this other guy was charging 300 a car!! and one that i sent an e-mail to on the last tuning secession that got back to me wanted $1100 a day.....

so what's the DEFINITIVE total of Dyno time AND tuning?

 

well, last time, the dyno cost that was split between 14 or 15 people was $200 a person. and steve charges $350 a car. his cost also includes his hotel and flight....

so the total would be $550 +/- a few.. its not set in stone yet. when i get more than 8 people that are intrested, im going to start making arrangements and collecting deposits...
